100% fresh, chilled, and natural ingredients only, pre-cooked sous vide, delivered chilled and vacuum-sealed to keep or eat.

We slow cook our cheeks in a home-style vegetable, red wine, and broth-based sauce. Excellent with a plate of rice or for a more traditional setting, serve with polenta or creamy mashed potatoes.

Beef Cheeks:
Portion: 1PKT @ 320GM+/-
To Keep: Store refrigerated (not frozen) in sealed pouch for up to 21 days while retaining freshness. If opened, keep in fridge for a couple days max.

To Eat: Leave pouch out to get to room temperature and fire up in the Pan for 12-14mins. Detailed guidelines are provided with delivery of each product and is also online (scroll down).

PLEASE SELECT YOUR QTY :

LEAVE - Leave the pouch out to bring to room temperature for approx. 30-45mins prior to cooking.

PREHEAT - Preheat a nonstick pan on medium-high heat.

HEAT - Only when the pan is hot, empty all the contents into it. Stir occasionally to ensure it does not get burnt on the bottom and partially cover the pan to reduce the sauce. Do this for approx. 6-7mins per side or until it has completely warmed up through.

EAT - Remove from heat and you’re ready to go!

First time trying sousvidelicious, and this was the first dish…
Lovely. tender, juicy and the gravy was full of roubst flavour.
I intended to split it into two meals, but temptation got the better of me and I finish ed the whole thing in one sitting

OMG the beef cheeks was so tender and delish!!! Warmed it up and put it on a bed of Quinoa and Barley mix and a healthy and impressive dish is served! Thanks for making my meal prep so easy yet so yummy! Cant wait to try the other items i ordered!
