Cut from the Prime Rib with the bone-in, this bone-in ribeye is shared perfectly with one, or not. Seasoned with salt, pepper, and herbs, we pre-cook to your perfect doneness, ready to be easily and quickly finished from your kitchen. Serve with horseradish or mustard on the side, and you’re ready to go!

Portion: 200 Days – 1PC @ 1.2KG+/- (1-2PAX) | *150 Days only when 200 Days is not available*

To Keep: Store refrigerated (not frozen) in sealed pouch for up to 21 days while retaining freshness. If opened, keep in fridge for a couple days max.

To Eat: Leave pouch out to get to room temperature and fire up in the Pan for 4-6mins. Detailed guidelines are provided with delivery of each product and is also online (scroll down).

LEAVE - Leave vacuum-sealed pouch out for at least 45-60mins prior to cooking to bring to room temperature.

PREHEAT - Preheat a nonstick pan on medium-high heat.

PREPARE - Open bag, remove Beef, and carefully pat dry on both sides with a paper towel.

HEAT - Only when the pan is hot - add one tbsp of regular oil (vegetable/canola), and carefully add the Beef for about 2-3mins per side - until each side is well browned. *Tip: You may opt for butter, but regular oil has a higher smoke point and is less likely to burn.

EAT - Remove from heat, let the Beef rest for a couple of minutes before slicing. Serve with mustard and you’re ready to go! *Tip: Finish this on the BBQ.
