This sous vide cooked cut is infused with our barbecue sauce marinate, and seasoned with our in-house made dry rub and spices. For a delicious and mouth-watering meal, eat it as it is, slather it on sandwiches or burgers, toss it in salads, or stuff it into tacos. Perfect for all occasions.

NON-SHREDDED OPTION

1. Remove Pork from the refrigerator for at least 20mins prior to cooking to get to room temperature.

2. Preheat oven to 180°C on fan-forced. If oven does not get that hot, amend to a longer finishing time with lower heat.

3. Open bag, remove Pork, and carefully pat dry on both sides with a paper towel.

4. Once the oven is hot, on a tray and parchment paper, place the Pork on the upper rack and allow it to cook for 35-45mins - until a crust starts to form. Each oven is different, so you will have to monitor the timing.

5. Once crust has formed, shred entire meat with a pair of forks while gradually adding the complimentary BBQ sauce provided, and you’re ready to go!

*Tip: Finish this with our homemade garlic aioli sauce and artisan potato pull apart slider buns.

SHREDDED OPTION

1. Preheat pot with simmering water and place entire bag into water for 5-7mins.

2. Remove from water, and you’re ready to go!

*Tip: Finish this with our homemade garlic aioli sauce and artisan potato pull apart slider buns.

    I ordered this item for dinner one night and then I ordered it again for dinner the next night. The shredded pulled pork was tender, juicy, and super easy and straight forward to prepare. Most importantly, it was excellent to enjoy. Loved it!
