To Keep: Store refrigerated in sealed pouch for up to 21 days while retaining freshness. If opened, keep in fridge for a couple days max.

My meal arrived perfectly packed with a personalised card from Sousvidelicious. Their attention to detail is amazing. This was my first attempt at lamb in my oven. It was fabulous. I followed the instructions to the letter and brought the lamb to room temperature and patted down any excess juices before placing it on an elevated tray in the oven at 220°C and voila! We had a winner. The crust was firm and the doneness was medium rare, it tasted so delicious. Everyone loved the lamb and duck fat potatoes. The house too, smelt of wonderful home cooking. Thank you Sousvidelicious for making people think I was a masterchef! This will feed 4 big people easily, with leftovers for making lamb wraps the following day. I highly recommend this for a weekend meal. So easy to prepare and totally worth it. Do yourself another favour and try their sides to compliment.

We absolutely love lamb and it’s not easy to find a beautiful leg of lamb with a reasonable price point in Singapore. Not only is the lamb good value from Sous Vide Licious, but it is absolutely delicious! So easy to cook – we placed it in the oven for 40 minutes and it turned out perfectly. Our guests were so impressed with the lamb too and there were no leftovers – we ate every last bit at lunch. We loved it so much that we have ordered it for Christmas Day along with a Turkey and all the trimmings! And to add to that, we have never had a dissatisfactory meal from Sous Vide Licious – EVER! And we order at least once a month. I would highly recommend!
