Our Moroccan style Lamb shanks when sous vide cooked, turns into the most tender, succulent, fall off the bone meat, while creating a luxurious depth of flavour in this delicious gravy. Perfect with some saffron rice, garnish with chickpeas and pomegranate seeds.

Moroccan Lamb Shanks:

Portion: 2PCS @ 900GM+/- (2PAX)

To Keep: Store refrigerated (not frozen) in sealed pouch for up to 21 days while retaining freshness. If opened, keep in fridge for a couple days max.Β 

To Eat: Leave pouch out to get to room temperature and fire up by simmering in water then heat in Pan. Detailed guidelines are provided with delivery of each product and is also online (scroll down). Or, try to finish it your way!

1. Preheat pot with simmering water and place entire bag (unopened) into water for 4-5mins.

2. Preheat a nonstick pan on medium-high heat.

3. Open bag, remove Lamb, and discard bone guard on the tip of the bones. Do not discard contents of the bag.

4. Only when the pan is hot, add one tbsp of regular oil (vegetable/canola). Empty all of the contents of the bag into pan and add the Lamb for 2-3mins per side - until each side is well browned.

*Tip: You may opt for butter, but regular oil has a lower smoke point and is less likely to burn. Try half butter, and half regular oil.

5. Remove from heat, allow Lamb to rest and you’re ready to go!
