100% fresh, chilled, and natural ingredients only, pre-cooked sous vide, delivered chilled and vacuum-sealed to keep or eat.

Alot “meatier” then most ribs out there, we use the St. Louis spare ribs cut from our personal favourite, Primrose Farms (renowned for its exceptional flavours). Then, we cook it real slow when we sous vide, infusing flavours with plenty of smoke and some spice, literally getting that “fall-of-the-bone” results after one bite.

St Louis Pork Ribs:

Portion: Half Slab @ 500GM+/- | Full Slab @ 1KG+/- 

To Keep: Store refrigerated (not frozen) in sealed pouch for up to 21 days while retaining freshness. If opened, keep in fridge for a couple days max. 

To Eat: Leave pouch out to get to room temperature and fire up in the Oven for 15min or BBQ it. Detailed guidelines are provided with delivery of each product and is also online (scroll down).

1. Remove Pork from the refrigerator for at least 30mins prior to cooking to get to room temperature.

2. Preheat oven to 200°C on fan-forced. If oven does not get that hot, amend to a longer finishing time with lower heat.

3. Open bag, remove Pork, and carefully pat dry on both sides with a paper towel. Apply a thin layer of the complimentary BBQ sauce provided to the ribs on both sides. Do not go overboard with the sauce.

4. Once the oven is hot, on a wire rack, place the Ribs, meat side up, and allow it to cook for 15mins. Add another thin layer of BBQ sauce before returning to oven for another 5mins and changing the setting to high grill (broil).

5. Remove from heat, serve with BBQ sauce and you’re ready to go!
