Alot “meatier” then most ribs out there, we use the St. Louis spare ribs cut from our personal favourite, Primrose Farms (renowned for its exceptional flavours). Then, we cook it real slow when we sous vide, infusing flavours with plenty of smoke and some spice, literally getting that “fall-of-the-bone” results after one bite.
St Louis Pork Ribs:
Portion: Half Slab @ 500GM+/- | Full Slab @ 1KG+/-
To Keep: Store refrigerated (not frozen) in sealed pouch for up to 21 days while retaining freshness. If opened, keep in fridge for a couple days max.
To Eat: Leave pouch out to get to room temperature and fire up in the Oven for 15min or BBQ it. Detailed guidelines are provided with delivery of each product and is also online (scroll down).
