We use premium Australian beef to sous vide cook this fine piece of  meat to your ideal doneness, waiting to be finished by you. Finish on your pan to table within minutes, making it the only option for any everyday occasion.

Ribeye Steak:

Portion: 1PC @ 300GM+/- $29

To Keep: Store refrigerated (not frozen) in sealed pouch for up to 21 days while retaining freshness. If opened, keep in fridge for a couple days max.

To Eat: Leave pouch out to get to room temperature and fire up in the Pan for 2-3mins. Detailed guidelines are provided with delivery of each product and is also online (scroll down).

LEAVE - Leave vacuum-sealed pouch out for at least 30minutes prior to cooking to bring the Steak to room temperature.

PREHEAT - Preheat a nonstick pan on medium-high heat.

PREPARE - Leave vacuum-sealed pouch out, remove Steak, and carefully pat dry on both sides with a paper towel.

HEAT - Only when the pan is hot - add one tbsp of regular oil (vegetable/canola), and carefully place the Steak on the hot pan for 60-90seconds per side - until each side is well browned. *Tip: You may opt for butter, but regular oil has a higher smoke point and is less likely to burn.

EAT - Remove from heat, let the Steak rest for a couple of minutes, and enjoy this fine piece of meat.
