Ever dreamt of eating char siew like a caveman? Frenched with the knife skills of a ninja, our spare rib lollipops are cooked to tender perfection and finished with a sticky char siew glaze. Whats left? Just your tastebuds waiting to do the happy dance. Each portion comes with a packet of glaze for finishing.

The Char Siew Lollipop (w/ Glaze):

Portion: 5PCs Pkt @ 500GM (2-3PAX) 

To Keep: Store refrigerated (not frozen) in sealed pouch for up to 21 days while retaining freshness. If opened, keep in fridge for a couple days max.

To Eat: Leave pouch out to get to room temperature and fire up in Oven. Detailed guidelines are provided with delivery of each product and is also online (scroll down). Or, try to finish it your way!

Keep vacuum-sealed pouch refrigerated @ 1-5°C until use by date on the front.

Remove the pouch from the refrigerator and leave out to sit @ room temperature for at least 45MINS prior to cooking. *Tip: Cold meat does not heat up evenly, so make sure it’s close to room temperature prior to heating.

Preheat the Oven for 10-15MINS to 220°C on GRILL-FAN. *Tip: If Oven does not get that hot, amend to a longer finishing time with lower heat. *Tip: If Oven does not get that hot, amend to a longer finishing time with lower heat.

Remove the Pork and generously spread a thick layer of glaze over the Pork.

When the Oven is hot, on a tray and parchment paper, place the Pork on the upper rack to cook until a char has formed (approx. 6-8MINS but monitor the timing as each oven is different).

Once a char has formed, you’re ready to go!
