Keep: Store refrigerated for up to 21days if pouch remains sealed, otherwise a couple of days if opened
Finishing: Leave out for 60mins / finish in the Oven for 25-30mins *approx. timing*

LEAVE - Leave the pouch out to bring to room temperature for approx. 60mins prior to cooking.

PREHEAT - Preheat the oven to 250°C on the fan-forced mode, otherwise amend to a longer finishing time with lower heat.

PREPARE - Open the pouch and remove the Beef and gently pat dry on both sides with a paper towel to remove all moisture.*Tip: Reserve juices from the bag and reduce in a saucepan and slowly spoon into our homemade herb gravy.

HEAT - Only when the oven is hot, on a tray and parchment paper, place the Beef on the upper rack and allow it to cook for approx. 20-25mins or until a crust starts to form. You will need to monitor the timing as each oven is different.

EAT - Once a crust has formed, allow the Beef to rest for approx. 5-10mins before slicing. Serve with gravy and you’re ready to go!

    The beef was exceptional! Got the ribeye roast and it was a definite crowd pleaser! I heated in oven for 30 mins and it came out great. Will order again!
